Son of John is committed to delivering your order quickly, reliably, and securely. We work with professional fulfillment and shipping partners worldwide to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Shipping & Tracking
All orders are shipped via our overseas fulfillment partner using trusted international carriers. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking link serves as confirmation that your order is in transit.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
International delivery times may vary depending on destination, local courier services, and customs processing. Please note:

Customs inspections, delays, duties, or import taxes are determined by local authorities

Any duties or taxes charged are the responsibility of the recipient

Customs-related delays or fees do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks
Son of John has no control over customs procedures in your country.
UK orders may be subject to import VAT and handling fees upon delivery while we finalize our UK VAT registration.
Missing, Damaged, or Not Received Orders
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
Packaging damage alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the product itself is undamaged. If tracking shows an order as “Delivered”, responsibility transfers to the customer. In such cases:

Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier

Proof of loss may be required

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Claims submitted after this period are not eligible.
Pre-orders

Pre-orders placed between 20 May and 4 June will be dispatched on or around 6 June 2026.

Payment is charged immediately at the time of ordering, not at shipment.

If stock is available, some orders may ship earlier than 6 June.

After 6 June, normal processing times of 1–3 business days apply again.

A tracking number is sent by email once the order has shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations
After a order is placed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Acceptance of Shipping Terms
By placing an order with Son of John, you acknowledge and accept all shipping terms outlined in this policy. Tracking confirmation constitutes proof of shipment.
