Warranty Policy

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Premature fabric damage (e.g., holes or tears) not caused by misuse
• Premature fabric damage to the fabric itself (e.g., unexpected thinning, holes, or tears under normal use)

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, minor pilling, or natural softening of fabric)
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care (e.g., washing above 40°C, tumble drying, ironing)
• Stains, discoloration, or damage caused by chemicals or detergents
• Elastic waistband defects (loss of elasticity or separation from fabric)
• Stitching or seam failures under normal use
• Fit or size preference after wear
  

1. If you experience a quality issue within 2 years of purchase, please contact us at support@sonofjohnlabel.com with your order number and photos of the product.
2. Our team will review your request within 5 working days.
3. If the warranty claim is approved, we will provide one of the following, free of charge:

• A replacement pair of boxershorts of the same or similar style
• A store credit equal to the original purchase price

Please note: Shipping costs are for the customer. These can be higher than initial shipping costs, since Son of John covers around half or more of the initial shipping costs. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your understanding.

• Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from sonofjohnlabel.com or authorized retailers.
• Warranty does not apply for special or exclusive editions.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• The warranty is valid for 24 months from the original purchase date.
