Refund policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Son of John. If something isn’t right, we offer a clear return process—while maintaining strict hygiene standards for our products.

Return Window

Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, customers must submit a return request via our Websites Return Portal. To access the portal please send an email to support@sonofjohnlabel.com to initiate the return. This allows you to send your return to a local warehouse, depending on your country.

Hygiene Policy (Important)

Due to hygiene and health regulations, underwear items are subject to strict return conditions.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The boxer shorts are unworn and unwashed
  

• The original hygiene tag / seal is intact
  

• The boxer shorts have not been removed from their packaging bag.
  
  

Once the hygiene tag is cut or the boxer shorts have been taken out of the packaging, the item can no longer be returned. This policy exists to protect all customers and ensure hygienic handling of intimate apparel. Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Return Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  

• Any customs duties or taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable
  
  

We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning your order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected at the local warehouse:

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
  
  

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  
  

• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
  
  

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Underwear that has been worn, washed, or tried on
  

• Items with a cut or removed hygiene seal
  

• Items returned outside the 30-day return window
  
  

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery, including:

• Your order number
  

• Clear photos of the issue
  

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Acceptance of Return Terms

By placing an order with Son of John, you acknowledge and accept the return and hygiene conditions outlined in this policy.

Pre-orders

• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. Orders are processed directly after placement.
  This is consistent with the regular order cancellation policy — no cancellations are possible for any orders.
• Returns remain possible within 30 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be unworn and the original tag must still be attached to be eligible.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
